Ozan Kaya
Chief Executive Officer
Ozan Kaya is the CEO of Voltage Park, leading the company’s mission to democratize AI compute and build infrastructure for innovators and enterprises alike. Before joining Voltage Park, Ozan served as President of CarLotz until its merger to Shift Technologies. Prior to that role, Ozan held positions at ShopRunner (CFO and COO – acquired by FedEx), Kapow (CFO), and Milestone Aviation Group (Treasurer). Before his operating career, Ozan worked in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank and Wachovia Securities. He also contributes to academia as a member of the Integrated Systems Engineering Advisory Board at The Ohio State University where he has an endowment for academic scholarships. Ozan holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a minor in Business from The Ohio State University.
Saurabh Giri
Chief Product & Technology Officer
Saurabh serves as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Voltage Park and is an executive director on its board. He is responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision, defining its product roadmap, and running engineering operations. With decades of experience across business, product, and engineering roles, Saurabh brings a versatile, multi-disciplinary perspective and a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams. Previously, Saurabh led teams that built, launched, and operated Amazon Bedrock, Amazon's platform for generative AI. Saurabh also built and scaled engineering organizations from the ground up for two AWS AI products and for Amazon Music’s voice growth platform. Prior to Amazon, Saurabh co-founded and served as CEO of a next-generation payments platform and co-founded an algorithmic trading firm specializing in market making and curve arbitrage in futures markets. Earlier in his career, Saurabh was at Deloitte’s corporate restructuring group, where he advised boards and management teams on strategy, operations, and financial matters. Saurabh holds a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Kanpur, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
Elliot Darvick
Senior Vice President, People & Operations
Elliot Darvick is SVP, People & Operations, responsible for people operations, talent acquisition, and general business operations — ensuring that we scale Voltage Park teams in an aligned, cohesive, high-performance fashion. Elliot is also accountable for our CX team that delivers 24-hour coverage to our growing customer base. Prior to Voltage Park, Elliot held leadership roles at labor marketplace Workrise, as well as Lyft, where he was a part of the original set of General Managers deployed to build and scale major markets. In his free time, Elliot is a local chapter lead in Chicago for the Operators Guild community, and serves on the health and human services leadership commission for one of the largest non-profit agencies in Chicago.
Brandon Peccoralo
Vice President, Sales & Partnerships
Brandon Peccoralo is a 20 year data center and cloud computing veteran, currently serving as Vice President of Sales & Partnerships at Voltage Park. Previously Brandon was the General Manager of the South East at DataBank, managing the Atlanta data center most notable for liquid-cooling the Georgia Tech HPC supercomputers.He also held the positions of Vice President of Sales, Account Management and Head of SDR/BDR during his tenure at DataBank. Prior, Brandon was a ground-floor employee and top seller at IO Data Centers, which was acquired by Iron Mountain in 2017 for $1.3B. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rutgers University - New Brunswick and holds a Professional Leadership cert from Georgia Institute of Technology. In his free time Brandon serves on the board of We Elevate Us,an Atlanta non-profit organization for youth mentorship.
Jesica Church
Vice President, Marketing
Jesica Church is Vice President, Marketing with a focus on building and mentoring diverse, high-performing global teams to drive impactful results at scale. At Voltage Park, she leads Marketing to align with the business's mission of making AI accessible for all. A seasoned marketing executive with a proven track record in public and pre-IPO companies, she previously held senior marketing leadership roles at Nginx, F5 and LogicMonitor, where she contributed significantly to scaling marketing teams and operations for high-growth environments in application and security delivery to infrastructure monitoring and observability. Jesica holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cal Poly University, San Luis Obispo. Additionally, she is active in her community volunteering at UCSF to enhance patient care and Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly, working to end social isolation among older people.
Frank Basso
Vice President, Infrastructure
Frank Basso has over two decades of experience in technology operations, infrastructure, and AI-driven innovation, and has established himself as a leader in the evolving landscape of data centers, edge computing, and platform automation. Previously Frank was EVP of Operations at Vapor IO, and was instrumental in the deployment of high-density modular AI Factories across multiple U.S. markets. Collaborating with Nvidia and other industry pioneers, he has played a key role in AI RAN deployments, showcasing real-world applications of next-generation computing. Beyond his work at Vapor IO, Frank has held key leadership positions at technology firms such as Everbridge, Proofpoint, Zscaler, and Webraska, where he led global SaaS operations, security infrastructure, and high-availability data center deployments. His ability to architect scalable, high-performance networks has benefited Fortune 1000 companies, major wireless carriers, and mission-critical platforms supporting millions of users worldwide.
Erim Tuc
Senior Counsel
Erim Tuc is Senior Counsel, responsible for Voltage Park’s legal and compliance matters. He manages the legal aspects of Voltage Park’s commercial contracts, corporate transactions and governance matters, as well as regulatory and compliance initiatives. His roles prior to joining Voltage Park include serving as General Counsel to MNTN, an ad-tech company focused on performance advertising for streaming television, and as a corporate attorney in the mergers and acquisitions practice for Latham & Watkins LLP, and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queens’ College, University of Cambridge, a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School. In his free time he involves himself in his local canine community, together with his two dogs.
Cameron Huang
VP, Finance
Cameron Huang is Vice President of Finance leading strategic finance initiatives spanning FP&A, infrastructure investments, fundraising, and M&A. Prior to Voltage Park, Cameron led Finance at Eppo, guiding the company through its acquisition by Datadog. Earlier in his career, he was the first strategic finance hire at Chime, where he led fundraising from Series C onward and played a key role in scaling the company toward IPO readiness. Before entering high-growth startups, Cameron worked in investment banking at Centerview Partners and J.P. Morgan, advising clients in the consumer, retail, and technology sectors. Cameron holds a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and brings deep expertise across capital planning, go-to-market strategy, and financial diligence.
